Here's some pix of the engine, interior, with my 997.2 GT3 and My dad's XKR
I imported this from Germany in 1990 when it first came out. Its only got 5600kms on it. Had an AC installed from the factory which was actually not an option then. She's celebrating her 20th year with me!

Indeed! Driving it topless and with both the doors down is something else. The buffeting at high speed too much but at normal speeds its pure joy.

WOW ! A Z1 ! And in original factory form ! Incredibly good looking. Congrats on owning such a rare machine and keeping her as fresh as day 1 ! Is that Henna Red ? If so, it is my favourite red in in the world

Not really a limited edition , 8000 were produced. But still looks great despite it being a 20 year old car. It did not make it to the US due to side impact regulations the US implemented right after the car came out.
