Very nice! It looks pristine.

My old man used to have one, but he ditched it because the door mechanism kept getting stuck.

Other than that, it was a very cool and unique car!

It rains a lot here and not really my DD so I rarely use it. If its not raining its too hot and the AC can't cope. Not a practical car but fun to cruise with on nice sunny Sunday mornings.

In my experience , the main cause of the door getting stuck is a dirty mechanism but more often just low battery voltage.

I had a colleague who always drove his Z1 with the door down.. it was either broken or he thought it was cool..

Great car! Always nice to see some of the more rare, modern BM's. How does it handle?

It actually handles good for a convertible. This was the car BMW introduced their "Z" axle/suspansion 20yrs ago.
