looks like the victim is taking the high road not putting the name of the dealer out there until he's exhausted his goodwill options.

Yeah, he's not but I think the dealer's name is out there in some other posts. All I have to say is that is complete ****ing bullshit. It's no wonder the dealers get such a bad image. This M5 owner obviously has a great deal more patience than I would.
