Modmynav is a guy who makes these rearview cameras that you can install as per these pics. Camera circled in red and the display when you put your car in reverse. It also includes a mulitmedia interface if you want to hook up your ipod.

Or if you wanna go completely NUTS!! You can check out this badboy from vorsteiner. It also features the concave wheels that are the latest style of wheels today. Very pricey but very crazy too hahaha.
