Lower it only if you know you won't scrape that bumper getting into your garage because as it stands now, no way you can lower it and park it because of that high curb.

Haven't seen any intakes that impressed me to tell you the truth. The best one is the Dinan elbow coupled with a BMC filter and you'll be lucky if you get 1 horsepower out of that.

Plenty of exhausts around though, lots of combos that you can hear on youtube. Start small with some choice visual mods just to ease into this and do your research on the bigger and more expensive mods that you want to get.
