It's a members car from 6speedonline FLY 996, also my neighbor. Many mods on the car, not sure of them all. I know its Blistein coilovers, replica bumpers/wings, BBS RS-GT's I think, SSK, Evoms and many exhausts have been on the car, I think right its a FVD Exhaust.
