Doubt that's a CSL mule, the plates don't look like manufacturer plates to me and it doesn't look like there's any datalogging equipment in the car?

I bet BMW is not too happy about canceling the CSL right now with the new performance pack for the C63 (480+ bhp, carbon brakes and lightened).
