BMW M7 spotted?! or twin turbo V12 760i?!

A perceptive person in Germany spotted and captured this beefed up F01 7-series. This person, Maciel said "I was shopping in a supermarket in Ulm, about 100 km west from Munich, and this car was parked right beside me." As you can see, this F01 car had a very sporty appearance, with black wheels and dual exhaust on each side of the car. The question that remains -- what is this exactly? Potential M7? Or perhaps it's a potent twin-turbo V12 760i

Most likely is going to be a twin-turbo V12 760i, I will quote M on this :
"We will never build a 7 series M because the car 7er is a pure luxury car" from my last visit to Garching

It's most likely the 760i. It looks so badass though!

BMW said they wouldn't build an ///M7 because I was under the impression that they'd build something more along the lines of the CS concept that they were showing a few years back if they were going to build a performance-oriented version of the flagship sedan.

seems odd that they would kill the CS and make a M7 instead

Lincoln had plans to release a LS with a McClaren engine a few years ago, sadly they never put it into mass production.

anyways whats wrong with giving Mercedes and Audi a bit a of competition
