Its a REP not a real CSL as they werent imported to the USA. to me his car is 95% close to a CSL. Its absolutely amazing! Wish my car was like that or atleast had the OEM CSL interior.

His car is missing the intake and another component which I cannot remember. I'd have to ask him.
