The Emir of Quatar owns that boat, so its "state" owned, this is the sistership with same name. Other one is all white.

They do make the best yachts IMO today
Used to be an Amels fan but now, Lurssen beats all the Dutchies hands down

I agree, Lurssen seems to make some of the best looking yachts out there. Although if it comes to sails, I think Perini Navi (sorry if I screwed the spelling) takes the prize.
