I've owned an Evo and an S2000 (Chris from Cali has had the same combo as well, I think he's had 2 of each actually). The Evo was all-around one of the most versatile cars I've had, and with mods it was fast as hell - especially off the line, and of course usable in any conditions with the right tires, especially being 4 doors/5 passengers. But it also drew a lot of undesirable attention. Lots of pros and cons.

The S2000 though, is the funnest car I've had. True, it's gutless on the bottom end, but it's a blast in it's pocket. I'll always recommend it as a great car, and a good bet for a relatively trouble free sports option. The only "con" is that it's small. Not a "con" for me.

Like LABrit said, that price for that year and miles seems quite high. Look around and you'll find a good one for a good price.

The S2000 is a very special car. Every time I see one, which is actually quite often, I smile. It's one awesome ride. Everything about it is awesome. Someone in my area has one that is TOTALLY tricked out. Very tastefully modded. I think he's at least 60 He knows good stuff.

6K.

I have never heard anything but great things about the S2000.

I used to frequent a car forum back in 2004 - 2005 that had a lot of S2000 owners on it. They almost convinced me to buy one.

I don't think you can go wrong with an S2000.
