Whats awesome about the NSX, is that you'll notice the engine is offset to the passenger side slightly in order to provide equal weight distribution when only the driver is in it (i.e. Racing).

Not yet..but he plans on stroking it out to 3.2 liter running at 12.0.0 compression ratio. Should make about 320 hp.

Reminds me of a night in Seattle many moons ago. Went with a friend to see the band SubSet (Dead Presidents w/ Sir MixAllot) and I agreed to be the designated driver as long as we could take his NSX. After the show he asked how fast I could get it going across I-90, I was happy to test it out to see...after a run at 145 or so, he wanted to go back and do it again...we ended up doing 3 round trips across 90, slowest 145, fastest 160ish. It was my first time driving a nice sports car at speed. Felt very stable up to about 140 then the front end started to get light, hitting the tunnel and using 3 lanes to keep it out of the wall was it for me and we called it a night!

 

Thanks Rob for sharing that story! I have made high speed runs on that stretch before but only once. I can't believe your luck in getting away with it so many times!
