I think it must be that many people purchasing this car are not used to the type of power which is being put down. My reasoning for this is that most people who own supercars have gradually bought their way into them over the years and have therefore ( l )earned skill and respect from them. Or, those who have the mega-power skylines or supras in years past have typically had a more gradual modification build up into the power range.
'Small dollars' + big power = many people who are going to be more accident prone.
Hopefully that made some sense.

i get what you're saying and that may indeed be the case for some of these people but my first supra went from stock to 4 digit power in a few weeks.
