I took Japanese in high school for a semester. I'm pretty sure this says...
1) It is not recommended to change your oil on a railroad crossing. If you choose to do it anyway, this will void your warranty.
2) If a train comes, wave your funnel in the air to let them know you are not finished yet.

Yes they really are in the manual, but as for my translation, let's just say that my Japanese is about as rusty as a box of old nails. These images are directly from the JDM manual, and someone started making t-shirts of it. :rofl:
