yea, i've seen 35s/skylines in japan and i've seen 35s and 37s badged here in the us as skylines. ive driven Z's and older model 35's.. none of which feel anything like the 37

Hyundai has been improving over the past several years. Good to see them have an affordable contender in any class.

VVEL is a technology developed Nissan Motor Co. and Nissan plans to roll it among the worldwide product range under their Nissan Green 2010 programme. Launched in the G37 indeed but it's not an Infinity exclusive technology. Besides the engine is still based on the Renault V6 that has made its way into countless Nissans/Inifinities.

Correct. A Nissan will always be a Nissan too. And trying to argue that Nissan somehow has more brand-cred than Hyundai is nonsense at best.

Props to Hyundai. I am really impressed. So impressed that I ordered one that will be parked next to my F360 very soon. Just coz it carries the Hyundai logo doesnt mean they cant improve or come out with something good. I am perfectly comfortable with who I am and wont be ashamed to be seen driving this around. I will post up reviews on this car once I get it.
