[PICS] BBI Autosport Stage II Nissan GTR

We have recently taken on a new project - a Stage II Nissan GTR. These pics show our progress so far. The car baselined on a Mustang Dyno at 387 hp and 374 tq to the wheels. We will Dyno it again once the mods are finished. Right now we are planning on custom ECU and a hand made exhaust system. The tip placement will be wicked but I am saving that for when we are done. It should turn out nice.

Here are some pics:

Stock configuration

Mid-Pipe Construction

Zero Turbulence Expansion Joint

Muffler Packing Material

Muffler Packing Process

Water Jet Cut Stainless Steel Flanges, Lightweight Packing and Stock vs. BBI Exhaust System

Y Pipe and Muffler Fabrication

BBI Fabricated Underside Piping System

Just a cool pic of our shop

Pretty cool project. We are planning some very cool design elements for the exhaust tip placement and design. We will keep you posted on this as well as weight savings and hp numbers.

If you have any questions or would like to know what we can do for you, please contact me at betim@bbiautosport.com. I will handle your request personally.

Great job Betim! You guys are doing some exciting stuff over there.

Guys, I have seen this project first hand and it is going to be beyond belief. Hell, I may even buy a GTR now after all!

(probably not but it is still a cool project).
