I have been using Muscle Pharm Assault for my pre-workout and have liked it so far - great energy boost. Figure it was good to switch up from NO-Explode

After I finish this next tub of NOX, I plan on trying something new as well. Did you feel a big change? I feel like I'm plateau-ing on the BSN product...

My supplement intake is a quarter from what it use to be.

I feel better, healthier, still beast out and took on a drier /leaner or solid look.

All the carbs and supplements use to bloat me up

Fish Oil, D3, Turmeric, S-Acteyl Glutathione, and a Multi.
I am a Health FREAK for being so young.(17) I am 26 months sober tomorrow actually, and I eat a super clean organic diet absent of gluten and dairy.
