I remember after I had shoulder surgery and was off the bike for a few months I couldn't get above 14 mph without puking. Not to mention my arm was off to the side and I couldn't straighten it. Took me a while to regain my form.

I've no idea how you can manage 10.3 miles. But I'm a terrible runner. I'm hard-pressed to do more than 5 on a given day. But that's why I have the pool and the bike instead, right?

I started running again recently, I used to hate running for conditioning when I did other sports. Necessary evil and all that. But now I'd say my only beef with it is ankle and arch pain. That's probably just a matter of conditioning though, and maybe still weighing a bit more than my natural weight.
