Shimano, they're the pd-m545. If you search now the cage is metal instead of plastic. They're only like $50 so you can pick up a pair every season if you want. There is also the pd-m647 with plastic cage:

Yeah for the most part it's just XC single track, I wish I did more FR but, not that skilled yet haha
