That isn't bad at all.

 

Just got finished eating one of my default breakfast recipes.

2 eggs
2 tablespoons diced sun dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons onions
2 pieces sliced canadian bacon
2 small organic whole wheat soft tortillas

Scramble all ingredients till the eggs are cooked. Divide by two and fill the tortillas. Eat! Takes 10 minutes or less if you're halfway quick at cutting.

Today is bench at the gym.

 

That's heaven compared to here right now. I can't wait till we finally get some acceptable weather to start running.

Just got these. So far just wearing around they are awesome.

 

Let us know long term how they work. I like the minimal shoes, but my 5 fingers are a bitch to put on and you wouldn't want to wear them around town.

 

I couldn't get me last toe in the Five fingers.

I'm going to the gym tonight, but don't have a big work out planned. But I'll let you know how they are in a few days.

The nice thing is I have 90 days to try them and if I don't like them I can bring them back.

 

I got my True Runners over here in Iraq. Make sure to order a 1/2 size down from your normal size, as I can't wear the ones I have over here, so I am stuck with them until I can swap them out in the US...
