lifts so hard he gets a horrible nosebleed.

I'd rather be thick and strong instead of being cut and less strong. I could care less about having a six pack, so long as I can pick someone up and break them over my knee.

Fit/Lean/Ripped, absolutely no question about it.

I woud never want to look like Magnus Samuellson...

Kevin Knee use to hang out over my house all the time in college, he was best buds with my roommate... Doesn't look good IMO.

Part of my reasoning lies in the fact that I've always had a big frame and having been under 200 # before, it sickens me to see pics of me at that weight. 225 is the perfect weight for me.
