A-What are your fitness goals?
B-Where are you physically right now, cardiovascular/muscular endurance wise?
CrossFit.com has a wealth of info and a million workouts posted there, but I can tailor some things to make your workouts more varied and functional. The intensity part is up to you.

Doing this right now, it's so easy to get a six-pack:

Starting running next week, having a competition against two guys doubble my age, we are going to benchpres, do chins and run cross country. Haven't done any form of cardio since september.. Good thing i have two months for running..

Just made myself lunch:
2 handfuls of mixed greens, 1/2 an apple diced up, 1 full diced carrot, 1/2 of a green pepper diced, 1/2 a can of garbanzo beans, a handful of an organic almond/blueberry/cranberry mix, 2 tbsp of olive oil, a drizzling of honey for flavor, and fresh ground pepper.
NOM NOM NOM!!!!
And how could I forget the main staple: 12 oz. of white meat chicken.

I'd have no energy for workouts after eating veggies either. Maybe it's just me.
