our dealer may get 4/5 rs next year and I know for a fact they have 10 concrete deposits...by throwing away my order wont solve these issues, like all the guys here we are all loyal long term gt3 owners that buy the car not just for a badge but because we genuinely love what it stands for, porsche needs to listen to these customers' or do they care?it will only start to make them wake up when teams start jumping ship! I for one hope they get it sorted.

My order for number 1 at my dealer still stands. I have no intention to change it. This will get fixed. I love the cars too much.

I love my 5 Porsches, but this kind of thing will certainly begin to tarnish Porsche's quality reputation.
Remember the engine failures of the 2002 996? I had one of those, too. The entire engine had to be replaced.
Sorry, my point was not making excuses for Porsche. It was a reflection on the comments putting down the 9A1 motor as compared to the Mezger GT1. It's certainly becoming a PR cluster for Porsche.

Hopefully it gets resolved ASAP. Mine gets built this month!

Glad I have a Miata, so when my 991 gt3 catches on fire I still have something to track. I'm having serious second thoughts about selling my RS.
