I have, the former not the latter, and I can say for sure that this is exceptional handling of a very twitchy car. Does it mean he's a good driver? In my opinion, no. All this video shows me is that he can drift the car in circles (of varying sizes) very well. Nonetheless, impressive.

This Short Vid was shot in Dubai a while ago, and as you can see at the end; the Driver is not an Arabian Prince ... he is a professional race driver that works in Dubai Auto Drom / Race Track
