Why don't you just remove the rear seats and the front wheel drive stuff?

Obviosly most people would say GT2>TT. I would agree. However, you live in UK. We are talking about long wet winters. I would say TT is the better choice if it was your DD. Howver, I doubt that would be an issue for you.

If you can, then you must... If you have the funds to cover a GT2, then picking up a nice Audi/BMW/Merc daily driver should cover all the bases.
