Current GT3RS Pricing Data?

We're into February 2013 now, what is going on in the GT3RS market these days and is the prediction for spring? Not many posted for sale at the moment, and those posted are asking high prices.

TIA

Sub 5000 mile cars are $140, sales prices.
25k mile cars are $120 sales prices, tracked. If pristine non tracked a bit more.

PTS and grey and blue fetch a little more.
Bubble wrappers are also $150-160

Nuts. I know. But they will stay around those prices for another year.

4.0's sell in a week for $230-240. Bubble wrapped PTS closer to 275-300.

i have friends or friend's friend looking for them all day long. demand is higher than supply now. the RS market has firmed up in price like i previously said. they are holding very steady i don't think it's going down soon anyway. after owning the 991 C2S i have realized the 997 will be the best water-cool 911 in this modern era. the RS is the best of all 997s. i think the value will reflect well on the used market.

Sweet deal AW....I was actually thinking in selling mine but can't think of anything good enough to replacing it with and be happy with.

My friend just picked up a '11 GT3 w/ 5K miles and CPO'd for $112. I think that he did all right all things considered. Car was immaculate, no track usage and it's CPO'd, any thoughts on the purchase?

he paid about market number on the GT3. RS will bring 20 ~ 25k more private party & 25 ~ 30k dealer CPO'd easy.

Exactly right on. A 2011 gt3 rs will not be in the 115 range. There are not that many around and cars with many options are very very rare. The sticker on the cars range from 140 to 180. Thats how many options there were. Especially the grey black, which costs more money. I would say the 135 to 145 is a nice price if mileage is below 7 or 8. And keep the option list in mind. Unless you want to just track the car, having some comfort options are great.
