Sport auto's Christian Gebhardt in the 2012 Ruf RGT-8 and the 1987 CTR Yellowbird. First drive in the newest RGT-8 V8 Prototyp with 550 PS based on 997 GT3 chassis: Acceleration, high speed and sound. The 469 PS CTR biturbo is the original Yellowbird in which former Ruf testdriver Stefan Roser was drifting over the Nordschleife.

Old fashioned 6 speed, integrated roll bar, 991 body when production ready, torquey 550hp V8 sub 3000 lbs if you option it carefully, id spec wide front fenders for 275 fronts, minimalistic interior...
What's not to love? All we need now ifs a depreciating Euro..

I guess I am one of those purists, but honestly - I love this! That sound is unreal and it goes like stink. This is way more pure than all of the inevitable flappy paddle nonsense that lies ahead.
