Sport Rider's 60-80 top gear testing procedure

Sport Rider's 60-80 top gear testing procedure have been unable to replicate the numbers you achieved with this test for my bike. My results are waaaay off from yours. Just curious if your 60-80 mph top gear passing test begins with accelerating from a steady state 60 mph, or rather with accelerating from a slower speed (such as 50 or 55) and then starting the timer as the speedometer passes through 60 mph. Thanks.
