Extended Length Centerlock Hubs?

Extended Length Centerlock Hubs?
I'm posting this idea here as the GT forum has the bulk of the Centerlock market and thus more experience and ideas about it.
I have a GTS with the CL wheels and have one nagging item that bugs me: the rear wheels need to be pushed out, but the use of spacers isn't possible with this hub design. One option is to simply replace the wheels with a set that are even wider on the rear (RS CLs) or simply have a more aggressive offset. But, I actually like the black Spyder wheels on my car and don't want to spend the $5k+ for new wheels (and possibly new tires) just to push the 2 rear wheels out 15mm.
So the thought occurred to me: has any of the Porsche aftermarket manufacturers considered making a centerlock hub replacement that delivers an offset to push the wheels out? I realize it may not be as simple as just adding 15mm to the length of the hub (might require added strength, etc), but it seems like a logical solution to a simple problem, and I would think there would be a decent market of GT2, GT3, Turbo and GTS owners interested in a product like that. I for one would much rather spend $500 or so to replace the hubs than having to replace all four wheels.
Is this idea flawed or just waiting for a manufacturer to take the idea and build a product?
