Maybe they are trying to see how vocal the manual crowd is willing to be? Just a thought. They are not stupid. He said all that for a reason, and truth prolly had nothing to do with it.....

GT3 is not for everyone. Its tricky to drive, because you must be experienced to drive it properly.
You must know how to SHIFT and not to touch fancy pedals & in that way you can achieve great performance.

Porsche made so many editions of 911 to get to various types of drivers & GT3 is reserved for very experienced drivers who can
get from that type of car maximum enjoyment & performance.

I was hoping that they will put traditional hydraulic setup on GT3 to hold that "feeling" that GT3 have. Instead of that I hear they want to make some crazy mixture

 

After spending a lot of time in the R8GT this weekend, and wishing it was a manual, I can say this is something I hope doesn't happen.
