OEM or Aftermarket Brake Pads???

When I bought my 997.1 GT3 the previous owner had installed Pagid brake pads for all sides. The pads are getting low and I'm looking at doing more track days this year with the car. I wanted to know if I should stay with the Pagid pads, go back to OEM or find another brake pad option. I'll probably do no more than 3 track days per year and maybe 1,000 miles of regular street driving. Thanks for the help....

Not sure. Dealer told me I had aftermarket Pagid pads.

If you're satisfied with the pads that you've got and with their performance then get replacements for them. I'd go stock if you're not doing more than three track days.

Pagid has several types. Fast street, short sprint track, endurance racing, etc. all with different friction coefficients and heat resistance characteristics. You have to decide on your driving requirements and then can be advised for the right pad type.

Going by your driving style, I would stay stock, save the money.

Pagid makes stock. And there are several Pagid options. They just don't make one. Not enough information on what you have to make decision. I would also think that "stock" also means overpriced parts by the dealer. I have used Pagid all the time. Work great. Just get the proper pad for your driving habits. Not a track pad.
