CLS63 Brake Pads Los Angeles?

Family member's CLS63 needs new brake pads. Dealer wants to charge $900 which seems incredibly outrageous. Anyone have a recommendation for a place to go in LA? Hollywood area would be best. Should we order the pads online? If so, which pads?

Why does it seem outrageous? Do you know how much pads are normally for that car? Or is it because it's over a couple hundred bucks you're making this thread?
