Lovely post and great pics/write up.

It has really got me excited for our road trip next month. We're doing Route Napoleon, Monaco, Col de Turini, San Bernardino Pass, Davos to Stelvio and the Stelvio Pass. One of our group owns the green Porsche GT3 RS that Hammond drove on some of these roads in Top Gear - ironically, his name is Hammond too. We depart 21st July (one month today) for six days.
