Hani - if you plan on going to the Track with it more than driving it on the street I would say 4.0. Otherwise 2RS... IMO.

I think both are worth holding onto - just the 4.0 has more of a Car Guy Spec, so all the real Car Guy's are snatching them up right now...

If I had your 2RS I would stay put, and SMILE

Keep the 2RS, Hani. It's so special and made just for you.

3RS4.0 is an unknown quantity at this point
The 2RS is faster. The 4.0 is louder. There are far fewer GT2's than GT3's.

Mostly track & preference for NA:-> 4.0.
More street & love the sound of the VTG's:-> 2RS

993 Turbo versus '73RS?
Both are awesome.

i think the "flawed" comment refers to the power delivery of the 2RS

cars like the 4.0 are a purists dream. big NA power, tractable delivery, manual gearbox, and dynamics to match. hard to fault anyone for believing it could be all the car they would ever need.

even though the 4.0 may be tough to get a hold of a 3.9'd 7.1 3RS would be a pretty nice alternative.
