It's a cable. Directly attaches to accelerator and shifter. Pretty damn cool idea.

So it doesn't attach the brake and gas pedal, that's good. If it's directly related to the sequential and the throttle control I'm wondering why they just don't go to PDK in these things and get rid of the shifter all together. If it rev matches well this just leaves using as little brakes as possible and knowing when to squeeze on the throttle. Interesting stuff.

Where does the clutch come into play? I'm curious now to drive one. Emails are off now to buddies still running Patron.

Crazy feature for sure.

Only on downshifts. Engage clutch, downshift, and throttle is pushed at same time, let out clutch, more gas gas gas.....
