Both of these are very possible. It's an AWD off-road rally Porsche complete with working heat and a winch... what's stopping it from being DD'd in the winter!? 
The house is also for sale as well. If you'd like more info on it I can put you in contact with the seller. VERY cool house, we got to walk through it after the shoot. Talk about a "blast from the past"

One of the best auctions I have ever watched. Grabbed my ipad and went to a bar with one hour to go. It was sitting at $69201 for ever. With ten minutes to spare it started bumping up, and up, and up...Ended at $81500. The new owner is having it shipped directly to Mexico where it will be running in the Mexican 1000
