This isn't a new car or filling in new slots, its the 918 with a removable hardtop like the carrera GT.

 

Porsche needs to do a mid-engine coupe with a V8 for $200K.

 

It's either that or a 918 RSR.

I really don't think a production 918 coupe is going to come out in 2011. A new V8 for around $200k seems a bit more accurate.

Maybe not a 918 Coupe, but a very similar, slightly slower car that's just as good.

The article said it's coming in a racing disguise which leads me to believe we're going to see the 918 RSR.

But we never know. Let the 20 day wait begin!

 

Of course, the 911 won't fill the gap. But someone asked about the 911 reveal, and it will be the IAA in Frankfurt (seems to be a good IAA. SLS Roadster as well...)
