Post Sport Auto GT2RS test

Porsche 911 GT2 RS im Supertest: Power und Leichtbau schlägt Carrera GT | sport auto

Use Google translate...
The accusation hurt twice: first, the complaint itself and secondly the fact that it was not unreasonable. The Driving report of the new Porsche 911 GT2 RS content remained flat. He was able to convey anything of what constitutes these limited to 500 copies, probably most powerful series-Eleven of all time in fact. Meaningful driving impressions were missing. It was suspected at the end that it was devious of the author, given the necessary power of the language.

So wrong is the assumption, 'What would they report on driving in the vicinity of Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen have to write about the performance? What would the difference between a Porsche 911 Turbo Porsche 911 GT2 and the RS should be identified, except the nominal horsepower, the specified speed limit, the equipment and the price? What could have been related to the differences in the braking power can be said? What about the - presumed - increase in driving dynamics?

7:24 around the ring is very impressive, even though it's 6 seconds slower than what Porsche stated. Hockenheim laptime was identical to the GT3 RS.

SportAutos laptimes are always a bit slower compared to the factory times. Always the same driver (Horst von saurma)and he only does about 3 flying laps. Still the fastest car Sportauto has ever tested.
