Just from guessing, the obvious aero-dynamic features. I think the S is more of a mix between a Speed World Challenge and Grand-Am spec 997 Cup Car.

the cupS is only game for europe...but the new cups in GA spec have like 450 hp anyway...which is pretty insane...
I love these...but there is something else that is comming into my mind for the more distant future...and its one with a v8...and it aint rear engined (still a "porsche" though).
