Really glad you like our track exhaust! It's super-loud but saves a good amount of weight off the bum (56pounds)

Oh, I do. I bought Andy's (Caltex) car and setting it up for track work. Looking for used seats and a deal on some wheels.

Loud is good. Women and children run.

When german car magazine Sportauto does a test they do it thorough Here are the results regarding drag and downforce:

New 911 GT3RS:
Drag (cw): 0,33
Downforce at 200 km/h (124 mph): Rear 49kg, Front 11kg

New 911 GT3:
Drag (cw): 0,32 (because of smaller spoiler and tires than RS)
Downforce at 200km/h: Rear 19kg, Front 15kg

Old 911 GT3RS:
Drag (cw): 0,30
Downforce at 200km/h: Rear 10kg, Front -2kg (as in 2 kg lighter)

Old 911 GT3:
Drag (cw): 0,29
Downforce at 200km/h: Completely neutral at rear and front.

Honestly, if this car is going to be used in DE events or just regular tracking, I don't really see the need for more downforce. If you really want a track only GT3, I'd focus on suspension setup (consider contacting RSS, TPC, or Champion) and seat/harnesses, which you seem to be covering.

Suspension is already being set up. Yep on seat/harnesses.
Based on downforce post above, the RS is 2.5 times better in the rear? That sure is good for corners and confidence. We all know that times are made by settup up the corner at the start with good speed thru and coming out.

Tbh I'm not sure how much of an advantage that is. It's not like it has 2,5 times more weight on its rear, only 30 kg more. And 30 kg compared to the total weight on the rear due to the cars weight probably isn't much more than 3-4%.

And that's at 124mph.

I would stick with the MKII GT3. Seems like perfect all-around.

Can't say I agree. While it might be that at rest, at motion and turning, the weight becomes less vertical and more horizontal. I believe the downforce becomes exponentially more important as that transfer begins to happen.
