A good friend of mine at Porsche said that this car will NOT be announced on April 7th. Whether or not this is true remains to be seen. It WILL however most definitely be the 4.0 liter motor. It should be announced sometime within the next 30 days though.

 

Hurry up and tell us, Porsche!

 

And in this case his friend gets his info straight from the Porsche's intake......instead of horses mouth.....get it?

Come on - sometimes, dealers are trying to help too. They are NOT all bad. :-) My dealer has been super helpful, always sharing firsthand info when he gets it. MIght not always be accurate, but he channels whatever PCNA tells him to me. (So often, it's the source at PCNA, who prolly is misinformed <shrug>).

So what other "limited model" of the 911 are we getting on April 7th, if not the LE???? hehehehe

 

Well... yesterday we have just discovered the "Turbo S 918 Spyder Edition"...
In a month time P is capable of issuing something like 15 more special 911s!!

 

If they manage a turbo S slant nose, now THAT would be interesting looks like it's gonna be a long hot summer
