not true I found a arctic silver 996 GT2 in NY concours condition with 8k miles for 80-85k

6GT2s have quite a staying power, after 10 years its still amazingly scary fun to drive and "feels" as fast as any.
my bone stock 2 is still in the garage next to all the latest and greatest due to its scariness and 100% concentration when at the wheel.
