Dont think so... because it is beyond the color difference. The ceramics produces more heat and in order to dissipate the heat at a higher rate they created this paint compound and color.
Others like Ferrari and Lambo offer different colors, but the Germans say yellow is the best performer and thus we will only use the best

I called up my local Porsche dealer...
I said I would never consider a GT2RS unless it had red brake calipers. lol
They are convinced that if I really wanted to, they could get them for me. Just sayin'....
