Advice needed: 07' GT3 might become my DD, should I sell?

Dude, we all watch you lust after a GT3 for as long as you have been posting here. It would be a shame to run the thing into the ground with hard DD abuse and depreciate the sh*t out of it with all those miles. Driving a cheap, practical car for a DD will make you appreciate your spectacular GT3 that much more.
How about a 10yo F-150? Sam Walton DD's an old pickup (so does BigE ), it will take the abuse, you can pick one up for cheap and you won't look like a junior wanna-be ricer-in-training-waiting-to-buy-your-first-coffee-can- fart-pipe, like if you bought a civic.....food for thought my laker bro.....food for thought.

Wise words my Laker brethren... I will give it a thought. See if there is anything out there I can just purchase outright that won't drive me insane driving it daily.
Thanks again for all the advice guys. For now my baby stays and I drive it till I either go insane... or I find something I can live with as a DD.

Did not know you had a GT3, nice! Don't sell it before the 28th.
I like the 997 GT3 because it has a sunroof and other DD features. But if it's too rough on those roads, a Turbo isn't a bad choice. A Turbo is the ultimate DD.
Before you decide, compare notes with UBC. His Maser GTS is seriously a wicked car. I don't know if you want a GT as a DD or something more like the Turbo, but it's worth a consideration.
For a cheap DD, you can get a Prius for $200/mo on lease. Not everyone likes a Prius nor a lease, but that's dirt cheap for a car that is just fine as a DD, new and clean, and gets 45+ mpg.

Not really about the comfort of it Al. BigE touched on it in his post....
I really don't wanna put shitty ass miles on the car, drive up the miles and have it depreciate. It would be a shame for such an incredible machine. These crappy city roads (La Brea, Fairfax, La Cienega, washington, venice... just to name a few) are a real bitch on the suspension and overall condition of the car.

Or buy something like a Miata, or maybe an STI or EVO to be your DD?

Personally I would keep it...I upgraded my 07 turbos suspension with coilovers, sways, toe links the whole nine. I got pretty annoyed how squeeky and hard the ride was over potholes and speed bumps but maaaaaaaaaaaan I miss that car : * (
