997.2 GT2 RS launched in Leipzig

Does anyone know what the exchange rate or price will be base in the US? Also, what was the full production for the 997.1 GT2? The US has 210 dealers, so many of them will never see the car. Factor in the 300 number being posted, and China becoming a force on the buying front, and the US won't see many cars. I am also beginning to question the 300.
996 GT3 Rs. Officially a 200 limited edition. The real number was almost 4 times than the one announced.
Ferrari F50, Enzo,....
Limited edition is a myth to artificially inflate price.
As long as buyers are lined up, limited editions do not make any economical sense from the carmakers perspective.

Ze Germans are crazy! 620hp?! This will be such a beast and will definitely point out the old nick name "the widowmaker"
I enjoy that the car companies still are nuts and produce these kinds of vehicles instead of going all green. Let's bring on some more videos of it!

I'm really looking forward to this. Not that I'm in the market for one yet, but it should give us some indication of direction Porsche are heading with their next gen cars. Porsche need to be pushing more boundaries and the 918 Spyder shows they still have what it takes. Lets hope we some some tasty new tech in the GT2RS.
Edit - Oh yeah, first post.. Hello!

How to save 100+k folks ....
Buy a used 08', get the new rear bumper and tail lights (or simply modify your 08' bumper to accept the new LED tails), add a few carbon bits, maybe some new wheels, have one of the official teamspeed tuners crank it up for you and wahhh laaaahh!
