I don't like black cars. No contrast with the carbon parts and a complete pain to keep clean.

Understood. I will say that when we picked em up in Cali and they all sat there in their respective colors, that black looked the best. I think there were about 25 of them too. But, to each his own.

I'm still a long way off (5 yrs) from deciding on a supercar, but this car is at the top. I'll try to get silver first, then red, or white last. If the best car I find is black, I wouldn't rule it out. I really want one of those PTS cars, but I'm a realist.

How many are PTS? I've only seen 2.
I'm afraid in 5 years much will have changed in the car world.

I agree that in this model that the black looks best, appropriately meaner looking. The lighter colors with the contrasting CF just looks odd IMO. I would not put all those CF pieces on my regular 2, I think its perfect the way it is.

Chris from Cali,
If you drove Ferrari's, Lambo's, and Porsches; you would confirm that the 2RS is the best for under 300k. Has the most torque feel, perfect clutch and shifter feel, steering could not be more perfect, handles the best or at least feels like it.

I want a CGT with a designated hot chick to blow me in between gear shifts. Brings up the question, can you get a CGT off the line in third?

That's what I've been told, and I already am a die-hard Porsche guy.

I had been (still am?) considering a 599 (GTO preferred), a 430 Scuderia, an Aston DBS, GT2 RS, and GT3 RS (4.0 preferred). I'll have a pretty sizable budget with my wife back to work, cars/loans paid off, etc., so those cars are not unrealistic. Things like CGTs, etc. are not going to happen due to the astronomical service costs (that'll impact a 599 as well). It'll be fun deciding!
