Title was rebuilt when I checked on it!! I was seriously interested at that price. Did my due diligence and passed!! Don't know what he told you but you can call NY DMV with the VIN straight up.. Regardless I'm not touching it!!

ya I try to stay away from rebuilt titles but at this price, I would just keep the car forever.....worst case scenario you could always export it in a few years and make your money back
