If anyone has a Ruf connection, I'd like to know if the Ruf green-faced gauges (a la VDO) can be installed in a 997.2 C4S. That is one of my favorite Porsche/Ruf traditions...

Not so sure about the V8 though.

Interesting how the dash aspect interior of choice for RUF is based off a cayman

Scroll all the way to the bottom, it's the very last item. You need to send them the cluster and it will be 1894 euro parts and labor for the swap.

Thanks man! It's only for manual-transmission cars, but that might work out for my next 911 and Euro delivery. I could pick up the car, do a core exchange, drive around, come back later for the finished Ruf cluster. Not cheap but so awesome...

^Yeah, just do euro delivery on your riv. blue / houndstooth+blk .2 GT3 and drive it down there for the work. If you want to bust the piggy bank open, I would even consider the engine conversion. I think it's just intake/exhaust/tune, shouldn't take more than a day.

Dude don't tempt me. Ruf has been and will always be my favorite Porsche "tuner" (since they're really their own manufacturer). When I had my 997.1 C2S, I was >< this close to getting their supercharger done. And the GT3 will be Gulf, not Riv.

Now this is an unexpected but pleasant surprise! I would have expected another venture down the electric path rather than an amazing 458/McLaren MP4-12C/Mercedes SLS competitor.
