I don't think it's producing. I laughed at the ad to the right or a related article how the 918 beat the GTR a whole 2 seconds around the ring. That's almost comical to promote. So for $800k (no car will be near this number) you can run a 7:14, but for $100k, you will run a meager 7:16.

^^ Yeah that is a pretty weak advertising point. Especially for a car that doesn't require being advertised.
