2010 Porsche 997 GT3 RS: Decals and Paint Options...
I read this on rennlist from member Boxster coupe GTS.
I am not confirming or denying the validity but it does all seem reasonable
"It has now been confirmed from a highly respected source at Porsche that with regard to the decals and paint options for the new GT3 RS:
1) The "GT3 RS" logos on the new car are all DECALS and can be easily removed...

2) The new GT3 RS can be ordered to be delivered WITHOUT the DECALS
3) The new GT3 RS may be ordered in ADDITIONAL COLOURS -- other than the three standard colours (Grey Black, Carrara White, Aqua Blue Metallic) -- AFTER the initial THREE MONTH production run...
fitted... (e.g. Basalt Black should be fine, but Riviera Blue would still be Paint-To-Sample...)
4) Finally, if you prefer the previous "GT3 RS" decals from the original 997 GT3 RS Gen1, they could even be fitted to the 2010 Porsche 997 GT3 RS..."

Never was a fan of any of the 911 GT3 variants. Until now, first Alex (Sharkwerks) shows us the potential of a modified 997 GT3. Then Porsche comes out with the new2010 GT3RS which is undoubtedly the best variant of all street legal GT3's. I am a new believer of such car. But will never move from the Boosted 996 & 997 TT.

IMHO the 2010 GT3RS is exquiste. I love everything including the graphics.
The car stands out, which is what its' supposed to do.
1,370 kg with 450 bhp is awesome.
It's as close to a street RSR you can get.
I have my deposit in for an allocation. This only if dealer honors MSRP!!
